I was given a few different flavors to try out so I set out to make some fluffy pancakes for my base.  Of course my son chose to have the Strawberry Infused Syrup. He is a huge strawberry fan and was so happy with the taste. He loved that it also had chucks of strawberries in it as well.

My husband and I tried out the Amaretto Infused & Brandy Infused. Which in our opinion were very very good. We were very pleased at the taste. It is great to be able to have different flavored maple syrup to have a little bit of a change when you have pancakes. Then it is bottled in ornate, swing-top glass flasks, triple sealed and wax dipped to keep all those delicious flavors inside.
