Meal Planning Monday - Trying some new meals

I love spending my Monday morning with a cup of coffee in hand making my meal plan for the week. It is a great way to save me time and money. I only cook with what I have in the house. This allows me to shop the sales to get the best deals and fill my pantry. It also helps saves time. I will know on Monday what I will be cooking each day and what I need to take out of the freezer to prepare. It is a great way to start your work week. So here is what is on my meal plan for this week.

Monday - 3 Princes And a Princess 2 - Slow Cooker Sweet Chicken & Veggies

Tuesday - Easy Beef & Green Bean Stir Fry

Wednesday - Pork Chops

Thursday - Beef Tips over Mashed Potatoes

Friday - Pizza

Saturday - Chicken Fingers with Sweet Potatoes Fries

Sunday - Roasted Chicken with red potatoes and fresh vegetable. (I will be making summer chicken salad with the left over chicken for my hubby's lunch for next week. I will have to share the recipe it is so good and so easy to make)
