Meal Planning Monday - Spring is near!

So it is that time once again to become gourmet chef's on a shoe string budget. With Spring trying so hard to peek it's head out I wanted to help it along with having some Spring time food. The fresh vegetables are become more and more local. So I am trying to add them to our meal plan this week. So here it is. What's on your plan this week.

Monday - Guava & Mustard Pan Roasted Chicken with Sauteed Brussels Sprouts.

Tuesday - Steak with Baked Potatoes & Asparagus

Wednesday - Fresh Pasta tossed with Fresh Spinach, Tomatoes and Basil

Thursday - ??? I need to find something new to try

Friday - Pizza with feta, fresh mushrooms & spinach

Saturday - Breakfast for Dinner. I am thinking a fresh vegetable frittata

Sunday - Roasted Chicken
