Meal Planning Monday - Eating Healthy

I have been trying to eat healthier. So my meals have slowing been adding more and more fresh ingredients. So check out my meal plan this week.

Monday - Pork Chops with fresh brussel sprouts

Tuesday -Pesto Chicken with rice pilaf & Fresh Asparagus

Wednesday - White Pizza topped with fresh spinach & mushrooms

Thursday - Stir Fry Beef & Fresh Green Beans

Friday - Breakfast

Saturday - Salad with Home-Made Blue Cheese Dressing
