OK so it is Monday again and time for a new menu for the week. I got a real good deal on some boneless chicken from Ingles. So my kids have requested Chicken Parmesan. Also this weekend in honor of father's day we are going camping, so this will be a short meal week. Tell me in the comments what is on your menu for the week. I am always looking for new meal ideas. Here you go.
Monday - Chicken Parmesan & Salad
Tuesday - Oven Fried Chicken
Wednesday - Paste & Sauce
Thursday - Beef Enchiladas
Friday - Pizza
Saturday & Sunday - camping
Paste and sauce had me for a couple seconds:) I'm assuming that is pasta?
