Every Monday I try to come up with a Meal Plan. This is a great way to use what I have in the house and also helps in reminding me what I will be cooking each week so that I can be prepared. There has been some great sales on chicken so I am going to work on some new chicken dishes this week. I have found some great recipes and have a few ideas on some more I would like change a little and try. So here is my meal plan this week.
Monday - Chicken Cordon Blue' Cockpot
Tuesday - Chicken Parmesan Bake with herb bread
Wednesday - Chicken BLT Sandwich with load tater tots (so not healthy but so good)
Thursday - Chicken Caesar Salad
Friday - BBQ Chicken Pizza
Saturday - Left Overs
Sunday - Coffee Ribs & Beans
