So my meal planning has gotten a little away from me. It is time to get it back in order and back to the way it should be. I need to work on getting my meals back down to $5 or less. My grocery shopping budget has gone through the roof and I need to get it in check like yesterday as well. So if you have a meal that can be made for under $5 please please please let me know about it and keep a eye out for my journey at putting my meal plan through boot camp.
Monday - Mexican Pizza
Tuesday - Slow Cook Chicken Parmesan
Wednesday - Fish & Asparagus
Thursday - Chili
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Sunday - Pot Road

This weeks meals sound delicious. I love that you do this!
ReplyDeleteSounds yummy! I would love to get the Mexican pizza & the slow cook chicken Parmesan recipes!
ReplyDeleteI think they all sound good but I want to try the Slow Cook Chicken Parmesan. the kids love this kind of stuff.
ReplyDeleteSounds good but what exactly is Pot Road. Sounds scary but has me intrigued.
ReplyDeleteYou have a better handle on planning meals than I ever could but it is nice to get inspiration from others who can do it like you.
ReplyDeleteIt all sounds so good!
ReplyDeleteMy family spends more on food than we could, but we try to eat very clean, organic, whole foods with lots of fresh produce and locally-sourced meats, so for us it's worth the extra investment. With that said, $5 meals always sounds like such an appealing challenge to me. Also, your plan for Mexican pizza makes me want to make those sometime soon now!
