Peanut Butter Donuts Drizzled in Chocolate Syrup Recipe For National Donut Day!


Today is National Donut Day so why not make you own donuts. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.


Peanut Butter Donuts Drizzled in Chocolate Syrup

½ cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup milk

1 ½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1 ¾ cups flour



Lightly grease two standard doughnut pans.



Beat together the oil, eggs, sugar, peanut butter, milk, salt, and baking powder until smooth.



Then add the flour. Mix until smooth.



Fill the wells of the doughnut pans about 3/4 full



Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes in a preheated oven



Drizzle with Chocolate Syrup!

  4. I like how these are baked and not deep fried! And the peanut butter probably adds enough sweetness to not need to add additional sugar! Thanks for this recipe!
