Baked Tuna Melt Mac & Cheese Recipe

Are you looking for something new to cook. Well why not try out this simple comfort food recipe. Trust me you are going to love it.
Baked Tuna Melt Mac & Cheese

2 cups elbows (uncooked)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
2 can drained tuna
1 tbs mustard
4 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
salt & pepper to taste

Cook your elbows according to package directions. Drain in colander and rinse well.

In medium sauce pan melt butter. Once melted stir in flour. Stirring constantly until you make a flour like paste. Now slowly add milk until all had been added and you have a thick cream like base. Remove from heat. Add your tuna, mustard, salt, pepper and slowly add cheese. Once cheese is completely melted add your drained noodle and mix well.  Pour into a oven safe 13x9 pan. Top Mac & Cheese with panko bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 mins.

Enjoy!
