Planning a Summer Vacation Road - Were to go?

This summer we are getting the chance to have a two week vacation with our oldest son who will be able to be on leave for two whole weeks. Yes I am super excited. So we want to take a road trip and are in the processes of deciding where to go. Here are our choices.

Where to go is the main question. We have a lot to weigh in on. You also know me and I will need to take into account were would I be able to save the most money. Yes I will be giving myself a budget for the trip and I will have to stick to it. We want to have fun and make lots of memories. If you could choose were to go which state would you choose?
