We all know that in no way am I a Gourmet Chef, but I like to pretend that I am on. I want to be able to cook gourmet meals for my family with out breaking the budget. I love the step by step instruction that are given in the great book. I feel like I can follow any cookbook even with my limited cooking skills. There is a recipe in the book called Chocolate Cups with Dacquoise and Espresso Bourbon Mouse and yes I am going to try and make it. I might try it this weekend. I will let you know how it goes.
