Meal Planning Monday - Super Bowl Make-overs

Make sure to start your week off right with Meal Planning Monday. Take a few minutes on a Monday morning and make a plan on what your family will eat for the week. This is a great way to use what you have in your pantry & freezer. It was also make cooking easier. It helps let me know what I need to take out of the freezer in the morning and how long it will take me to prepare the meal. This week I have some left overs from Super Bowl Sunday and instead of them going to waste I am going to make the over. Like my own Super Left-Over Bowl. So here is my meal plan for the week.

Monday - Left-Over 7 Layer Dip = Tacos! All I have to do is brown up some ground turkey and add some seasoning. So easy and simple and know that 7 Layer dip will not go to waste.

Tuesday - Left over Chicken Fingers & Chicken Wings = Chicken Zing Pot Pie. All I have to do is pull the chicken of the wings and cut up the chicken fingers and then add the rest of the pot pie ingredients and I have a Chicken Zing Pot Pie. The Zing would be from the spices from the Chicken wings. Yummy!!!!

Wednesday - Left over Pepperoni = Pepperoni Pasta One Dish

Thursday - Pork Steak, mashed potatoes, green beans

Friday - Meat Loaf

Saturday - Pot Luck - Mom's on strike! :)
