What to do with brown bananas?

So bananas are a staple in my house. Well this morning I woke up to find three brown bananas. We all know when a banana goes brown we make banana bread. Well I didn't want banana bread. For the last couple of weeks my kids have been living on banana and peanut butter sandwich's. So I thought what can I do with that, this is how the new creation came to be. So here you go. My version of a peanut butter banana sandwich.

Banana Peanut Butter Up-Side Down Cake

3 over ripe bananas
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 box jiffy golden yellow cake mix
1/2 cup water
1 egg
3 tbs peanut butter
small square pan

Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Place butter in pan and heat in oven till butter is melted. Remove from oven and the sprinkle sugar in to the melted butter, slice bananas in bottom of pan.

Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Then pour over bananas in pan. It should look like this.

Bake for 25 minutes. Then top with cool whip, and enjoy!
