As the rain falls!

Right now in the sunny state of Florida it is raining cats and dogs. As I sit in my chair working on blog post and answering email. I am thinking what a perfect day for my crock pot to be on. It should be filled with stew or soup. But nope! It is in the cupboard. On days like this it is nice to sit in a house were the aroma fills the house with smells of food cooking. Makes me want to turn the laptop off and cuddle in my chair with a great classic movie or to curl up with a book. I don't know what it is but nothing says home more then a raining day cuddle with a blanket with the smell of home cooking in the background. But the big question is what can I throw in the crock pot to make my house smell good. What would you cook and do on a grey rainy day?
