So a new house means a new budget. As many of you may now we have once again moved into a new house. I had no stockpile to speak of. So I am working on rebuilding my stockpile for as little money as possible. The hubby and I have sat down and gone over our bills and talk about what I have been able to do in the past with grocery shopping and saving money. We have decided for the month of March I will have a budget of $50.00 a week. Then starting in April my budget will go down to $40.00 a week. I have taken into account that I need to rebuild my stockpile, and that I live in the land of no double coupons. Thank the Lord we have Publix. I will blog my journey on my budget in hopes to show everyone that a family of five can live in today's world and with little effort live and strive on a shopping budget of $40.00 a week. On Fridays I will post what I have spent and what I have purchased. So check back on Friday to see how my first week went. Let the budget begin!
